Our parent company, Mindsight Web Technology & our partner, Godaddy Inc. participate in and have certified their compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Mindsight Web Technology is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Mindsight Web Technology is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Mindsight Web Technology complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Other than as described in this Policy, we will not give any information about you to others without your express permission.
Information Collection and Use

Third Party Service Providers
We may at times provide information about you to third parties to provide various services on our behalf, such as processing credit card payments, serving advertisements, conducting contests or surveys, performing analyses of our products or customer demographics, shipping of goods or services, and customer relationship management. We will only share information about you that is necessary for the third party to provide the requested service. Analytics Tools
We use some analytics tools like “Google Analytics” and/or “Bing Webmaster Tool” to collect information about use of this Site, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. The Analytics tool collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information.
The Analytics tools plant a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site. This cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google, Inc. or Microsoft Corp. The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google/Microsoft on servers in the United States.
We use the information received from Analytics tools only to improve services on this Site. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Analytics with personally identifiable information.
Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this Site by disabling the Google Analytics cookie on your browser.

Supplementation of Information

Contests/Surveys

“Do Not Track” Signals

Targeted Advertisements
Mindsight Web Technology may display targeted, or interest-based, offers to our customers based on the products currently owned by the customer. These offers will display as varying product banners. There is no personal or geolocation information collected within these product banners to build a profile about your activities or that is shared with third party advertising companies.
We also partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other websites. Our third party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this Site and other websites in order to provide you with advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests, and to measure advertising effectiveness. Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service to inform a friend about our Site or mobile application, we ask the user for the friend's name and email address. Mindsight Web Technology will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit our Site. Mindsight Web Technology stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Mindsight Web Technology at info@mindsightweb.com to request the removal of this information from our database. If you believe that one of your contacts has provided us with your personal information and you would like to request that to be removed from our database, please contact us at info@mindsightweb.com.
Please note, where your personal information is reasonably necessary for the provisioning of the products or services you have purchased, or for the operation of our network, the collection, use and disclosure of personal information is required and you cannot opt-out or delete the information without terminating your products/services.
